Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
2. Product Information
Does the portable range hood require installation?
No. It’s ready to use right out of the box—just place it where you need it and plug it in.
Will the portable induction cooktop work with my cookware?
It works with induction-compatible pots and pans. You can test yours by placing a magnet on the bottom—if it sticks, it will work.
How long do the range hood filters last?
On average, filters should be replaced every 15 days. This may vary depending on how often you use the product.
Is the induction cooktop glass durable?
Yes. It’s made from premium-quality, shatter-resistant glass designed for everyday cooking.
3. Warranty & Returns
What warranty do you offer?
We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials under normal use.
To claim your warranty, retain your proof of purchase and contact us with issue details. Our team will assist with repair or replacement.
Note: The warranty does not cover damage from water exposure, overheating, or use outside the intended purpose outlined in the manual.
